I'm so excited to announce the upcoming events we have planned for our monthly Support Nights!

September 12- COUPONING 101 - Life is expensive!  Life during and after cancer is especially expensive!  Come learn the basics of saving money with coupons.  We will have light refreshments, loads of fun and fellowship and even a few door prizes and some coupons to get you started!

October 10- ART THERAPY -  Add a little art to your journey!  No art experience required!  We will have a professional Art Therpaist available to guide us.  More details to come later! 

November 14 - JOURNALING - Getting your thoughts and feelings out on paper is a helpful tool in dealing with cancer and life in general.  We will show you different forms of journaling and help you get started on your own journal.  Record your days, your emotions, meaningful scriptures, prayers and inspirational quotes :) More details to come later! 

December - Christmas party and/or Mission opportunity at Hope Lodge Birmingham - More details to come later!
